Yes... You can do... add 4 days extra for Logistics.. they have to send your passport to Chennai for stamping..

h4 Drop box appointment in Chennai but dropped in Hyderabad.
Appointment date is July 3rd and visa status is approved on July 19th. 
still didn’t received the passport.
