- Home listing stay on market for longer period of time. 

- Buyers have powers to negotiate on the price. Opposite to Bidding. 

- with Dropping prices.. builders offer Hefty Incentives 

- Homes with basic finishes and Over priced homes will remain unsold and expire. 

- Motivated sellers will reduce prices. 

- our  desi's will rent to keep up the Athma gouravam in Society. 

- If prices reduce eventually, people who bought at high prices in last 2 years don't mind to walk away and just declare a default!

Agreed. Houses with no immediate repair expenses are selling out like Amaravati lands.  Newbies prefer houses with no repairs to do, uncles with tons of cash prefers Fixer uppers at cheap deal prices.. @~`

this. depends on price range. the higher the price range - fewer buyers can afford it and they can be picky. 

maa area 450-650 range ones are just flying. the only ones that are not selling fast are ones that are over priced with weird layouts. even they sell eventually when they cut the price a bit. and all of them are 20-40 yrs old

Are you saying people to pay ticket price below 750k irrespective of other factors.
