Suggestions needed 

which is better investing on land in India manam India ki return avthano kuda teledhu, inko 10 years USA lo vunta pakka, so buying or investing in India is good option or buying house here is good ? Genuine replay pls

USA lo ellu konakunda, India lo land enti vayya. Prioritize investments in USA, period.

Buying a house is for living and raising a family in it. Priceless. Bigger priority. Investment comes next once you’re basic needs are fulfilled.

I did lot of research on this.

India lo land ante when you sell it you will get mostly in black. Taxes katti , conversion chesi malli US ki teste not much returns.

Here is the scenario. Over the next 10-15 years, If you still plan to continue having your roots in India, visit quite often, maintain relations with near and dear in India, then it makes sense to plan some investments in India too. It will pay off over a period of time. 

Lekapothey 10-15 years tarvata India la karchupettalante dollars saripovu...major investments US lo and some investments in India makes sense.
