Other beers kuda range ee .. That too big range .. Y so ? Why not exact ABV? Is it cause of brewing process, they dont know exact ABV for that lot?

Calling all beer lovers @dasari4kntr @csrcsr @Sucker @pichhipullayya @SaradaChinnodu

Thats not my question. I am aware of strong beers in other countries ..

If I buy Kingfisher Strong, I wanted to check alcohol %. It says anything between 5-8 :D .. Comedy ga anipinchindi ... Y such a big range. I tried other Indian beers too. They all give a range. Not exact ABV.

BJs restaurants also have 8.5 - 10 ABV .. I think Tatanka Stout .. But not belgium ale ... Its mostly like coffee flavor .. everyone may not like it .. uusually for happy hour $4-5 for 16 oz .. not bad prices ..

BTW any idea on Indian beers why they advertise bigger range instead of exact ABV?

no idea, may be false marketing to cover up low abv. They will know exact abv for the batch

If the govt doesn't require you to publish the exact ABV, then why will they bother....

Prathi batch/lot ki exact ga ABV enthundo chuse pani tappuddhi ga generic 5-8% ani esesthe....

This is the general attitude in highly regulated industries like alcohol/tobacco...follow govt regulations, nothing more nothing less...

Makes sense.
