Not for build up.

Many kids want to become doctors and join bipc, may be their parents force. Many endup not even qualify in NEET. So the next easy option is MBBS in china, phillipines, ukraine etc.

China has best medical colleges but the problem is international students are not allowed to have practical experience. So without a cut they get MBBS degrees.

However many such graduates became best doctores some not even qualified FMG examand not doing anything
