The case is between balio vs state of andhra pradesh. Not between balio vs jaggeryhill.

Balio was escaped due to support from then AP govt and accepting his mental illness certificate.

Every case is govt related if the two parties concerned can not come to a understanding. Here they came to a understanding and Jaggeryhill didn't say anywhere that injustice happened to him. He was OK with the settlement and living his life. Why to talk  unnecessary about two individuals private life, when they are OK, withever happened.

Thats not how criminal law works. Crime chesi compromise ante workout avvadhu, what you said is applicable only for civil cases.

Sarley sirio daughters issues anedhi personal matter kadhu but bali gadu shoot cheyadam anedhi personal and one should not discuss /assess with one incident.  But bali is honest & sincere ani antav end of the day
