Andhra state lo max area sea level ki chaala takkuva elevation lo untadi. Only hilly areas and parts of rayalaseema lo water scarcity chaala ekkuva. Alanti chotla pedite bagane untadi. 

Andhra lo irrigation systen bagane untadi. Infact we share krishna water with chennai on humanitarian grounds. As you said we can increase level and can utilize that water. Doable but many problems arise due to flooded areas and ngt approvals etc.

villages and towns lo already unna lakes n ponds aakramanalu tholaginchi, capacity penchaaali...no need of NGT for this......already underground sea salt water level peruguthundi coastal districts lo......

mana AP luck entante...we have canal systems from dams....we just need to connect them with lakes during floods and heavy rains......so that the flood can be diverted from the sea and can be stored....
