HGI is basically pyramid scheme company daantla products tho they take commissions on your payments every month. 

if you are interested in that product baita same IULs inka cheap ga untaai like directly go through AIG. check others too.

not recommended.. keep it as is.. 

Ask your friend about the commission to transfer the 401k to IUL.. i heard its about 1-2% and that goes towards his commission.
