Very very low chance of it happening. Political rally lo aravatam veru but taking it through proper process in congress or through court system to clarify existing law is almost impossible in current scenario. 

But it has been removed and law passed in UK and Australia sometime in 1990's i think. You do not get UK or Aus citizenship just because you are born there.
