Buying an ETF is same as buying a stock. Click buy and enter ETF symbol, qty, price and execute Selecting the ETFs -> Stay with broad Index based ETFs and sector-based that will do well based

Learn to control emotions ... A lot of stocks are in meme mode ... Ignore them .. 

Focus on quality stocks and put together your financial goals and plans ...

If you are not sure about them and if you think it will go up in future .. Buy .. Deep in the money calls 6 months down the lane .. easy peesy
