I agree with that! Tipping is optional and take what they give!!!! But don’t come around and complain, on a side note that group has independent feminist women who break lot of families with their feminist ideas.. better to keep away especially women needs to keep away from that group.

tip needs to given in restaurants when you get served and door delivery. not optional. i understand you don't need to tip when you take out yourself or when service is really bad. but see you came from country where your college education is paid by public tax money. that means you got tips from public in india. in US college is not paid by public. school also not paid by public money like india. Everyone works here and get tips. they work and earn. Restaurants operates on thin margin here. culture is different here. indians need to understand this.

Tip is not mandatory. If service of a person is good, you tip them out of gratitude. US lo tip culture becoming so bad.

I don’t agree with free college education.. only reservation candidates get free stuff not all!!! Tipping is optional like I said no matter where u dine in America  either it’s eat in , delivery or what Eva!!! Covid made it worst , Ppl who work in rest industry needs to learn that before taking up such kind of Jobs.
