Ok to build it.. ok to have a grand master plan.. but we cannot expect a city to be built in 5 years.. it takes decades.. slow and consistent investment is needed.. economic activity in a region generates lot of income to the govt, especially real estate, new businesses, construction, etc.. budget lo oka 5-10% pakkaki petti invest cheyaali, and not more.. same for polavaram
