PA historically blue state ye, 2016 was a fluke, don't think Trump will win there. Rural lo baga support undi Trump ki but phili lo 80 to 90% democrats padatai, difficult to overcome those. Ee sari black vote Trump ki bane padatadi antunaru but that's what Trump says everytime but never happens. If Trump can get 15 to 20% black vote he'll win.

This time very much doubt .. Biden delivered what was promised to them ..Wilimington being neighbor to Phily they thought Biden can help them to implement some program to help the people from addition..
