No, all are kaapus ,but they are different from present day kaapu castes .

Paatha/peda/kaasa kapulu inka evo untayi krishna, godavari, prakasam varaku , veellu peru lo naidu ni kooda despise chestharu sighting it has been used by multiple castes like gavara naidu etc. from srikakulam upto lake shores of odisha. 

There is and always has been a social stigma associated with recognising these BC kapulu, these groups are kapulu from atleast constitutional perspective..though OC kapu feel they were forcefully inducted into their caste subgroup. 

These are very much noticeable and open around krishnalanka, Bezawada  area since ages. A person from OC Kappu would not feel the same way marrying her daughter into these so called kaapu groups compared to his daughter marrying a kapu (reddy title here ) from seema, given love mrg. There is significant number of balijas around Amalapuram, rajolke and nallajarla area , historically they were considered someother BC s and never kapu in these regions. Tings started to change with PRP and electoral politics and still refrain from marrying balijas. These differences can be summarised with an old saying " కంచం పొత్తే కానీ మంచం పొత్తు లేదు "

Lol it's an useless comparision telaga/ontari ,toorpu kaapu and reddy are completely different castes and not even related to each ,it will be an interesting caste marriage in both the cases.

telagas are the richest group of kaapus and most of the politicians and erstwhile zamindars in godavari districts are telagas.

Often, this is the most cavernously etched conundrum that rich are the greatest and mightiest ever to exist, that is not true when coming to social groups in society.

Coming to Zamindaris, vella lo chana mandi brits or ruling class ki mochethi neelllu tagina valle, who kept the brit's bed warm in few cases . Ee lekka Nizam lekka veste, iga they are the greatest group ever to exist and roamed in IND , but that no where erases the stigma associated with mutton shop masthaan in and around our villages.
