Guruji, Poori, Surendar Reddy, Vamsi Paidipalli, Koratala Siva are from a different generation and are fading out.. Anil Ravipudi, Boyapati are template directors not capable of leading novel concepts..

Prashanth Varma needs to give a couple of hits to prove that he can consistently make good movies.. 

Prashanth Neel can be added here as he is a telugu guy and he is mostly making movies with Telugu guys now a days..
