US lo ee pakka unaru bro ? Inka 100k enti ? Entry level positions ki min 120k pay chestunaru. Em companies ra babu avi, they seems like still stuck in 2000’s in regards to compensation.

Shitzen salaries enti anna, there is no discrimination of pay based on immigration status (atleast for FT positions). With rising inflation 100k is very less even in LCOL locations. If single earner with that pay means not really worth the living in US, sacrificing lots of things. 100k USD is equivalent to around 25 lacs per annum in India. Better of saving more in India compared to US. Just my personal thoughts.

This is leading to massive drop of billing’s/ salaries. I think it will even get further lower, equivalent to other core engineering fields salaries such as civil/mechanical etc.

Small towns lo ante ok kaani.... any medium cities lo ela untaru alaa..... pay check to pay check... maree intha daarunam a.... 65$ used to be good billing 10 years ago
