After listening this I read more about it online and it looks like it's true. Edhi telika last year oka 10 Acers konna half on my name and half on parents name. Not sure amavtundho.

 

Mari mana NRI tejalu full ga kotuunaru ga... Is there any work around to avoid these legal complications?

Its a very old law.. Most people dont care... As RBI doesn't take it seriously... but the fines are heavy if caught...

Idi eppati nuncho unna law but mostly not enforced and NRIs don’t care. At least a quarter of the agricultural land in telugu states is on NRI names only
