Like NRI sending money to parents to buy property and then creating a gift deed, that will leave a trail of money and may work against in case of legal disoute but good thing endi ante thenparty which should dispute is the state govt…and such a thing has never happened kabatti bindaas ae vundochu

It would be a problem if someone disputes and in this situation, the only disputing party is the state government. As long as the state does not dispute, yo have nothing to worry about and the state will not come after you.
