Arey baby moshai, RERA is state specific ra ayya, RERA framework is by an act of parliament and implementation by states, each state RERA has region specific guidelines.

Maha RERA vs UP RERA is not the same although not entirely different but the way they implement is.

RErA is implemented by states on their own terms keeping the framework as main agenda, each state will have their own implementation rules which are enacted by their respective state assemblies..
