texas lo new homes ki flooring edi better? tile or vinyl plank?

Any suggestions ?

First floor ki ?  tile or vinyl plank. 
Also for stairs? carpet or wood or vinyl plank

I have a 3 year old toddler if that matters.

If you have money, go for hard wood.. 

If not, engineered hardwood.. if not, high quality tiles.. but winter lo cheppulu veskuni thiragaali andaru..

Hardwood for first floor. Stairs also same.

Builder might charge more but you won’t get that quality build anywhere else. The way they layout the foundation and hardwood, it’s worth extra money.

If builder does it, it will be covered by your loan… if you do it later, you pay out of your pocket 

if not, take whatever builder is giving as standard and change it after 3-4 years.. my friend took carpet and changed to tiles after 3 years after the carpet was worn out..
