Can it be treated as a legal document when there is no property document registered on parents name? Can a son claim as per will ?

Will has only 1 person name unte

Then it depends on how the person who has written will has acquired the property. If its acquired by him/he then can write the will to anyone. If its ancestral, then again, everyone gets share.
