Only suggested for people who are diebetic and weight is a big concern. Studies have shown it also leads to Muscle loss. Same with the NVO drug. 

Viking therapeutics and ALT have better drugs which do not cause muscle loss. But still in phase 3 trails. Of course above companies are also working on better drugs.

Also they are injection form. Only roche is working on a tablet form drug.

I realized long back that I kinda do Intermittent fasting. It does work. I only have 2 meals. Early morning Ginger+Lemon tea. I add other condiments too. Lunch at 12. Green tea afternoon. Dinner at 6. Fruit at night. 

Maintains weight perfectly. Daily 30 min treadmill with 3.6 speed and 12 Incline.

Puffed rice is rich in carbohydrates and acts as an energy source. Along with that it contains insoluble fibres, proteins, calcium, vitamins, iron and potassium.

that’s a good plan to keep it in check

kontamandi day anta kumbalu kumbalu tini morning taage lemon ginger honey hot water edo magically fat reduce chestundi anukuntaru. Also, it’s so funny to see people replace rice with wheat chapathi and no caloric deficit

More importantly I don’t feel hungry. I feel happy. 
Moderate eating of carbs is the key I guess.
