I was on Bsnl 3g in its initial days QoS wise it was top. Not same now, bsnl should target for speed on par with prvt networks 4-5 mbps is of no use now someone who needs sim card for sms and calls alone can go with bsnl. Got prasharam (fublicity) against Ambuni vuncle but without good internet speeds bsnl cannot be relied on.
