Did you see anything from telnagana cab drivers demands … they said you can drive cab if you register your vehicles in telangana as 10 years common capital  is completed .. 

In us 

you cannot drive with other state registration if you are resident to new state and it’s illegggal … 90 days or so days untay you need to register to new state

It is a lifetime tax they paid while in hyderabad. Nobody plays life time tax for two times while driving in the same area.
