This is a stupid immoral comparision. Those taxi drivers were there before 2014 and were seen as local to their state. Ippudu pommanadam endhi. Why no such demands to Ramoji even though promises were made to break his RFC.

you can transfer the registration and you can get the remaining part of lifetime tax as refund if you want to transfer registration from that state.
