She needs to start an academy or coach next generation of players. Basic ga India ki ade problem. Young players pipeline undali like US or China. 

I follow basketball very closely from AAU, NCAA, euro to nba. Asalu training pipeline from elementary kids to jr high kids to high school kids to college amazing untundi ikkada. I am sure similar ga swimming ki koda alage untundi ikkada.
