Never diverse is bullshit, they massacred most of the ethnic minorities for the Han Chinese to grow. If you want India to follow suit, a ton of states will be wiped out, probably the lowest physically competent ones first. Such arrogance already costed AP division btw. 

India needs leaders who can maintain he status quo of diversity and bring a universal system for all. We did it more or less financially. US is very diverse in this aspect and India should follow suit. 

India can groom athletes from the west, wrestling from North, weightlifting from NE, badminton from south etc. It's never about single ethinicity crap.
