Naarayana Murthy told machines can't replace human jobs. humans can replace machines

he is another idealist and always talks neethulu, instead of real time solutions

his products are all sub standard , why goi gave him GST portal to manage, maybe bcoz of bribery or crony favourtism

Anna, appudu ki ippudiki candidates lo chala difference undi. Before candidates used to fake but fast ga nerchukune varu, uppudu vache kurra valu asalu chala mandi fake certificates to vastunaru. Basically ratio baga perigindi. Out of 100 ppl mundu 10 fake certificates aiyte uppudu almost 30-40 untaru. Valu never passed in bachelors and dont have any intention to learn. Aa ratio difference aiyte chala vachindi recent times lo.

Sometime back I gave 3 months for someone to prove himself even though I know his experience is fake. Endukante, the vendor followed strict Interview protocols, but he still cheated. Spent time in the hiring process, plus training for 1+ week. Edo try chesadu kani pick up kale. Free time anta sightseeing, etc. Plus attitude. 

What happened to that candidate?

In my opinion, AI should do jobs that are difficult/dangerous for humans. They also have to do cost assessments for human jobs versus AI. Those jobs should not be automated. Also, you cannot put value on certain things like a real person wishing, smiling, asking how your day is, having a coffee, etc.

We let him go after 3 months. He was asking his roommate to do coding for him. He hasn't learned anything. I have no idea after that.

Are companies so sane?

Companies chesey fraud mundhu this is nothing 

Companies kuda fraud chestai. Agree. There are regulatory authorities to catch them and fine them heavily. Of course dorkinode donga. Kani ala ani cheppi, idi correct kadu kada. 

As I said, I am completely aware that people need to start somewhere and get experience. Effort matters to me. I am willing to give a chance to someone willing to learn. 

BTW the billing rate was very good.

Unfortunately, I discovered that two of them were using proxies, and in one instance, the candidate’s keyboard was being controlled by someone else. When I asked her to stop and explain her approach, she disconnected the call.
As a Telugu person myself, it’s disheartening to see such behavior. I understand the challenges of the current job market, and I genuinely want to support candidates who show promise and a willingness to learn. However, encountering repeated instances of dishonesty has made me reconsider my involvement in interviews, at least for the time being.
Edit: I don’t want to to target my fellow telugu folks. I am extremely sorry and the reason for this post is to share my concern.
 
 
We have walked out 3 candidate last month from project and the ethnicity were from Telugu speaking but that could be our bad luck or there excellent networking / our poor HR practice caused them to be hired .
On the first week of the project we found that the candidate aren’t the same they claimed or interviewed. They were all females with H4 EAD.
We professionally asked & had 1:1 interview with every candidate. Given the option if they are ready for technical / functional interview or walkout of the job. 2 left without any attempt and 1 tried but immediately after 2 question from interview panel ( consist of 80% female colleagues in the interview panel and USC European ethnicity along with HR) to avoid any legal issues .
These were recorded and prior written permission from candidate was taken.
The recording were sent and feedback were sent to company HR practices and attorneys as well.
Company found that they all came from same vendor and that vendor was penalized along with hiring manager was put on PIP. Company wide email was sent as well to make everyone aware of the situation to avoid more bleeding in other departments.
NOTE: Bottom line - prepare yourself technically and functionally strong on topics. You can start low but do it right way.

Yes. Like fixing some cables at very high towers can be done by Droids. Same thing with spraying fertilizers which can be dangerous for humans. I am aware these are more Robotics but its an AI form. AI Can be used more for huge data processing and jobs that take humans many days. 

Very soon we will see AI Robots at front office. I would rather see a welcoming face with  a nice smile and greetings.
