Anyone buying at myhome Akrida

Lot of media news since yesterday about this project. Is this a good project for investment.. buy and flip upon handove? Does any one about the price? Thanks.

waste. 2yrs ago Sayuk launched at 6.7k and in 2 years they are launching only 500 extra. Too many apartments in small area. My home taking advantage of it's brand and making bakras out of people. The total cost comes to 9k after adding amenities floor rise etc. BEtter to buy in Aurobindo The regent at 10k. fantastic location right opposite to HCU uniterupted views.

Thank you for the info Not looking to keep long term but just as an investment opportunity. People I know bought Raj Pushpa for around 1 Cr and made 100% profits on it.

7200 di max 7800 or 8000 avutundemo next 3 years lo. Last 5-6 years lo periginantha next 5-6 years lo peragavu because last 6 years lo okesari too fast ga perigay and too much ayipoyay.

Got the same feedback from my friend as well. End User ki teeskovachu… investment ki lite annattu chepparu…

Prices inflate ayyay and bubble burst avutadani annaru but last 3 years nundi alage chustu vastunna. Ekkada konaledu. 2-3 months back emo govt. change ayindi so hyd lo apartment prices taggitay annaru. Waiting but nothing happening.

Subscribe to Instagram real estate property Pages like Elip Property, Ranjith properties .. You will see a lot of deals .. Prices have dropped esp for not so famous builders ... If the market was good, MyHome would have priced this at 10000/SqFt min.

Previous govt unlimited FSI, yeda peda high rises ku permission ichinaru ani tega thittinad gumpu mestri, no more vertical growth, ani annadu, mari myhome vadiki 40+ floors how, other builders are also launching new projects like Vasavi, Aparna, Rajapushpa, NCC etc anni high rise ventures

100 % true...   just like how ppl are fascinated for teslas here.. its another company another  brand anthe.. nothing major in terms of cost and quality compared to other reputed builders.. dont go blindly by my home brand.. edho oka temple, bus stand kattinaaadu ani matram anukokandi my home vaaadu prathi project ki.. its pure business to grab ppl...
