Indian expats group in US became very anti Telugu

I am not from Andhra Pradesh or Telangana, but I recently came across a post that unfairly criticized people from these states.

As a project manager, I have interviewed many, I've seen a wide range of people—some genuine, some not—but I don't let that cloud my judgment. If someone doesn't seem legit, I simply move on. If they ask for feedback, I provide it honestly and diplomatically to them. I was shell shocked someone mentioned she was HR and still generalizing

However, the recent post, which generalizes an entire state, was terribly disappointing. Criticism can be constructive, but blunt statements that target an entire community are not only unhelpful but also harmful. Just because you're Telugu doesn't give you the right to speak negatively about all the people from these states. First be a human and not hurt in the name of criticism or bringing change

Expressing your opinion is your right, but doing so without substantial evidence and in a public forum of 100k people is irresponsible.

To everyone: When criticizing a person, state, country, religion, or any group, please be mindful of your words and intentions. Thoughtless comments can cause real harm. Don’t urinate whatever is in your brain
