I am sure they might have paid off that home in 5 years from the time of purchase. 

purchased in 2013 and if loan cleared by 2018... they lived at no cost from 2018 through 2024.

since they moved to india.. they sold for 720k and 6% commisions tesesina.. their net is $677k non taxable dollars, this is only from house. 

It equals to 5.8 crores of INR. They started scouting for villas now. 

they both work and do vlogs and clothing business since last 5-6 years. you cannot even imagine the way they compounded the cash and returns they carried over with them.
