More men should look after the kids so women can have careers.

I joined Goldman Sachs as an intern in 2011, and in 2012 I got a full-time job as an analyst working in their Bengaluru office.

I spent close to 12 years at the company. It's where I met my wife, who joined the company after me. We had two children in 2018 and 2023.

In 2023, I resigned from my job and became a stay-at-home dad. I enjoyed a great career, but now I want to focus on my family and take the mental load of housework off of my wife — I think other men should be open to doing the same.

Couple of challenges 

1) If wife stay at home, she talk with other neighbour wifes 

so this guy has no choice to talk with other neighbour wife without crossing line, so he has to tell all other neighours masala news or tv seriel news then he can officially stay at home dad

2) Watch kids?

This guy need to do extra level certification like women to focus only on KID, not watching cricket or footabll if he forget curry or diaper change or engaging kid or feedig them omg...work at office is much better 

you might hire nanny unless they are 24*7 next to them

3) How you kill yoru time? when no buddies 

is a chllaenge,

Does women like men happy and enjoying while they working ass off? 

Its like women going for hunting and men who born musclar strength for a reason and happily enjoying home and food what mummy bear bought lol..they are not kids no women dont tolerate this.

Muscular has nothing to do with IT work or household work.

Men should normalize, stay at home. Free from office politics and stress.

mind politics is a womens cup of tea not men to be frank. Men aren’t born to play mind politics if you are speaking of muscular strength.
