Aa 100k eeche badulu they will spend bit more money to automate that mundane jobs, hence layoff with no possibility of getting any other job. It’s better to grinde for few years in a specific domain, so resume will be marketable.

Seems like a great pay for AZ, it would be difficult to get this much/closer to this in the tough market now a days. What prompted you to look elsewhere? Toxic team in the sense co-workers or manager ? Reason I am asking is, I have previously experienced an “managing out” process by the manager. They will make your life hell, until you got out from them.

It a fully remote job bro.have been working in same role-staff engineer for last 7 years with no growth.toxic new leadership .expecting 2-3 times more delivery.Got GC so want to try consulting.have total 17 years experience
