The inflation alone will raise the RE value fetching profits for land hoarders and speculators and general public will be stripped off their affordability.

Politicians used to take loans and spend on capital investments so that those investments make money in the future and provide jobs to the people… 

now we take loans on the state assets and give the money back to the people… once a politician starts a welfare scheme, the next politician can only increase the amount but can never remove the scheme… it is a race to appease people on who gives them more money through schemes 🤦‍♂️

what’s funny is that you conveniently ignore Jagan and ysr and blame only baboru.. andaru okkate!! Jagan famously prioritized giving money for freebies over giving salaries and fixing the roads and infrastructure and clearing the pending bills.. my father never got his pension before the 10th every month in the last 5 years.. from now, I doubt he will ever get it on time

Nope, free money or not is a different story. Money is anyways being printed by central banks for free without value. The free money that you talk of is given in limited amounts to general public, which will continue to stay in circulation, eventually generating value. Say a family gets 20k worth of money, that money is not hoarded, it's back into economy for groceries, utilities so on so forth eventually being traded for value.

 

The problem with Baboru style of functioning is exactly the same as that of Dora in Telangana, which is taking off money from circulation by hoarding it. So, inflated bills to the tune of thousands of  crores in the name of Kaleshwaram or Raithu Bandhu incase of Andhra Polavaram and Bramaravathi construction will enmasse remove money from circulation by benamis or beneficiaries hoarding it without transfer of value. That's way different from the welfare burden which retains money in circulation.
