september lo interest rates tagge suchanalu vunnaya? are you seeing any slowdown in your cities?

there are new rules starting Aug 17th where seller does not have to pay for buyers agent commision. How are you dealing with your agent if you are a buyer? 

I see houses sitting longer before they sell in my area.   Wonder if i am missing something that everyone knows.

Sep rate cuts will happen. Chances are mostly 25 basis points. In CA also inventory increasing in pretty much every area. Some hot areas, prices have not dropped. But dropped a lot in other places. 15-20%. 

Rates drop will add more inventory. A lot will depend on job market and stock markets.

Interest rates 5.5% ki ravachu by end of september and 5% maybe by end of the year if there is even 1 rate cut.

But the house prices are a different story.

Ya 2+ unna stability ledu kada. Pothe 2 pothay all at once. But normally desi crowd are smart so ok I guess

San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton Prices are steady. Homes getting sold only if priced to sell.

Brentwood dropped a lot. Mountain House, CA dropped some. Same with Tracy hills. 

Sacramento suburbs like Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, ElDorado hills dropped a lot.

Job market is really bad than what is being projected. Hopefully we will see a better 2025.

Southern California is seeing lot of price cuts but when there is a price cut, sellers are getting multiple offers jacking up the price again….

Overall 1-2 months matram padutundi to sell a home. 

Interest rates here doesn't have much room to influence the market as inventory is limited and no chance of new homes being built. This is keeping the market active in spite of high interest rates.

I guess it's going to get worse before it gets better. We still have AI bubble that needs to pop.
