Many investing in Florida (central) and South the lands currently zoned agricultural but has potential to be rezoned to Residential and Commercial after 10 to 20 years. basically buy it for your kids... not for you.

USA land rates are like 40-50 yrs back in India...

Long term unchukunte .....it will surely appreciate, only down side is you cannot give it for rent for passive income.

Some ppl are buying lands and giving it for lease ....That is good.

But thats what happening in Florida. But not at Chillara level... Wholesale level. 

They are growing Mangoes, Seethafal, Neredu, Usiri , Gongura - Exporting to grocery stores...
