Same applies to credit score. Many desi's say they don't want to do a hard pull (even at the critical time of loan approval)  saying they will loose score. I don't understand "em cheskuntarra aa score chusukoni raathiriki kottukuntaara". Asalu aa mindset endho hopeless galladhi. Score etlaagu peruguthadhi and there is always a cooling period.

Not related to this topic. Normal ga rent cheste … hail padithe … owner should fix or tenant ki renters insurance untundi kadaa … adi claim ? 
I feel home owner should fix it using home owner insurance. What say

home owner would fix it using his landlord insurance. renters insurance is only for tenants personal loss coverage

look up insurance brokers in your city and contact atleast two of them based on reviews. Ask them to run quotes against all companies they represent and bundle auto and home together if the rate works for you. If you're a HNI umbrella insurance might be better

hail or wind storm or water damage claim cheste, 1% or 2% deductible untadi, for a 650k home its 6.5 to 13k. Aa matram deductible ki sagam repair cost nuvve pettukunnattu. So unless a big repair these claims are worhtless. 

only ppl getting benefit out of home insurance is insurance company and repair men that can quote higher bids for small repairs.
