1. Neopolis - new suburb of Hyderabad , multiple my home , rajapushpa , prestige projects underway

2 . Tellapur - 5 my home projects , multiple aparna builders and rajapushpa projects 

3 . Kokapet / Financial district  - south indias tallest candeur and sas crown towers being built , cognizant facility

4 . Google campus nanakramguda

5 . Yadadri power plant

6 . Palamuru rangareddy project , sitarama irrigation project 

7 . Regional ring road

8 . Chandanvelly industrial zone - kitex , olectra , microsoft / amazon data centres

9 . Warangal - kitex , kakatiya textile park , 24 floor super speciality hospital , mamnoor airport works to be started

10 . Metro phase 2 / musi riverfront

11 . Foxconn kongara kalan .

12  . Hyundai test track zaheerabad

Rajapushpa infinia in manchirevula , pristina in neopolis . My home launched vanya / apasa in neopolis . Prestige city in rajendranagar

atleast next  1-2 years real estate market and job market slow ne untadi

Hyundai test track might come in Yenkathala, Vikarabad district as they finalized the location in BRS rule. When BRS government was there; they set up something called Telangana mobility valley in Yenkathala village in 1000 acres.
