Srisailam lo newly constructed place decided for all devotee to meditate or offer prayer to god, inka akkada Ganesha and other god idols unayee. Akkada eating ante it not right kada kaka.. they should have known at least or look for other place to eat.

There is no accurate description to how god looks like. People want to decorate god and worship with pure love.

I don't know what vedas convey but with some gurus blessings I consider god is the one who reached pinnacle point in their lives and realized he or her is paramatma. To some people they are gurus and to some people they are gods.

There are some people like great sages who we knew recently attained moksha or atleast we believe they are paramatma. People will construct their idols to worship paramatma in them.

Paramatma is the core of hinduism and you can see it anywhere in the world either living or non living. So what's wrong with idol worship?

Christianity lo idol Worship leedhu bro..They just use his physical form as a representation. They do not pray to the idol of Jesus.

Jainism is same as Hinduism with some modifications.

Buddhism is totally different. They also do not worship Buddha's idol.
