A politician was killed in an accident and there's a proof that he was scolding the driver for suggesting him to wear the seatbelt. It may not be just before that ride... But he prefers to pay fine rather than wear seat belt. You don’t have to convince me uncle 😀 As a parent, if someone have a reason why their kid shouldn’t wear or doesn’t keep their seat belt, they can convince themselves when their kids get injured in an accident.. The whole of America and every other developed country is able to do it for decades. Not sure why you cant.
