I very well know that a headon collision combines both speeds to come to a zero stop abruptly and there is internal recoil inside the body. Same in Louisiana too.... Same culture....same driving....same living standards.... Car jacking ...car car break-ins ..... Depends on how the cities are.

If you have trees on either side, it would have a calming effect on drivers and the accident rates reduces.
