with Chennai + Coimbatore together ...

What is there to brag about it so much I never understood this..

Kolkata, Nagpur, Trivendram, Mysore, Ahmadabad also have significant contribution ...do not forget it.

Telugu people have been in software much before CBN ,Satya Nadella ,Raj reddy,aravind krishna all these people have gone to the u.s much before CBN has become the cm.

Hyderabad had bhel , ecil , drdo , hmt , hal under kasu brahmananda reddy . N Janrdhan reddy laid foundation for it .

1995 onwards isb , microsoft , iiit came - which ensured good foundation . Later in cong , orr , airport , iit , raheja mindspace came .

In last ten years , knowledge city raidurg , new secretariat , amazon and mcrosoft came up . So there is a steady growth in Hyderabad .

Telangana is third in it exports and hyderabad alone equal to 90 percent it exports of mumbai plus pune ( entire maharashtra ) .

Hyderabad is the clear no . 2 in it exports considering it is higher than pune / mumbai individually . Tn , wb are no where close .  Further it exports grew from 1.8 lakh crores in 2022 to 2.7 lakh at present crores .

Hyd it exports 

2003-04 5000 crores

2008-09 32000 crores

2013-14  57000 crores

2018-19 107000 crores

2023-24 269000 crores

CBN himself used to say: "Telugu people are 30% in Software industry, why can't we build one software export zone"? He said this during the inauguration of IT Towers in the year 2000.

Its actually he got benefitted by Telugu people but not the other way round

Yes they have magic software genes. That even higher literacy populations of TN, maha cannot match. Keep living in make belive magic world.

hyd had bhel, ecil,gaadidhi guddu and also annual communal riots -  and surronded by state and region with one of the lowest literacy rates.
