true... pizza and chicken sandwich thini konni years avthundi... like 1 or 2 slices im not counting.... but ee biryani edi ayithe undoo....

People are aging out very early due to bad food habits.. people are looking at least 10 years older than their actual age.. 

Both men and women are getting grey hair by early 30’s and full white hair by 40..
