RANI RUDRAMA airport won't happen  atleast not in Congress rule.

How can you say that?

Kakatiya Toranam was removed from the State Logo recently.

In the million march tankbund riots too, Rani Rudrama Devi's statue was brought down.  But Why? People like Kodanda Ram, rationalized that she is a monarch but Nizam and Taneesha's statues stood tall.

The real reason: 

Kakatiya Emperors called themselves Andhra rajya rulers, Kakati as their family name ,ruling across Telugu Lands with capital at Orugallu. 

This defeats the purpose of the Pure breed and hard coreTelangana Activists and she doesn't fit into their syllabus and agenda.  Revanth and Congress are in bed with KodandaRam and likes.

BRS may do it just to spite congress but why leave a golden chance and name the airport after themsleves.
