General physician costs 350k. gynaecologists urologists etc. all takes minimum 400k salaries. then hospitals need to run in profit as most of them are private. so hospitals are another 35% reason for high cost. what are you talking? OPT extension is proposed by george bush itself. but USCIS took so much time to bring to final approval. but have you seen 2009 and 2010 period where obama targetted so many h1b candidates and consultancies etc.? it was cruel. he never liked legal immigrants. he always tortured h1b candidates during his time.
