@Sonu_Patel market is at stand still. IT jobs suffering..no high pays. Lotss and loads of rentals popping, pre owned not selling, new inventory moving slowly in tx. Tejams will foreclose in a yr?

Fomo is the biggest problem. It’s very important to maintain financial discipline. Otherwise if people buy beyond their means, life won’t be easy for them.

It's cooling down. Dfw doesn't have so many IT jobs to support incoming desis. Epudu remote kabatti ok, but once back to office ante inventory will skyrocket
