NO more changes. list has been finalized who is Remote who is coming to office.

my dosth is trying to sell 50K over the market price with upgrades but looks like lot homes for sale in the market.

As of now, so much inventory is coming into market in suburbs. 

price reductions baga avthunnai.. try putting lower bids.

Just rent it out and ride the lows for now.

your friend paid 450k which is more than 35% downpayment.

As interest rates go down, refi the new home and keep it at 20% equity and withdraw the rest and payoff the heloc as much as possible.

When the market is better, he can relist the home for sale.
