Shankar spends too much money even on social movies which don’t collect much compared to entertainment or masala movies.. His last hit was Robot in 2010.. still producers are letting him spend hundreds of crores on movies..

Wow... naaku intha varaki idea ledu. I did find AR's music boring from past 10 years. All of a sudden em ayyindaa anukunna.... at the same time.... prime time done kada... inka new tunes raavu ani. Anyway old tunes aythe very nice.

ha anna, his ilayaraja ni thaladhanne music anipinchedhi till 2008, Slum dog millionaire varaku, H Sridhar used to help Rahman with setting up all sounds/tunes digitally for every movie/album, also suggest which singer, Hariharan, or shankar mahdevan or SPB or in case hindi dub ayithe which specific singers sounds better for the specific tunes/songs help chese vaadu. 

All this exposed by kannadigas during cauvery fight in twitter at that time  inkokalla talent dobbe talent meelo undhi ra ni kannadigas fun chese valllu, examples, Jayalalita from KA, Rajinikanth from KA/MH, MGR with Kerala background, Ajith (mom Bengali, Dad Kerala, Ajith born in Hyderabad) etc.,
