My Neato stopped cleaning at of July 27th and I cannot get it to reconnect. I’m beyond disappointed with the company that they did not share this with their loyal customers!!! Has anyone had success to link their Neato? I’ve deleted the app and my Neato is flashing blue and red lights. It will not reconnect.
