Definitely slowdown , at least not at its peak and transactions are in waiting mode 

all over India and hyderbad might be just a temporary slowdown , but high rise luxury apartments,  luxury villa premiums ki some people paid money and slowing down , not diwala but just one year late ala avutundi ani handover ki ani talk

My friend is a builder he said their bookings dropped by 70%. Never seen in the last 10 years.

Complete slowdown. No one buying. But price correction just started. Apartment sq.ft prices reducing now.

But realtors are still greedy. Recent gaa oka plot ki 70k/sq. Yd cheppadu. 50k undi akkada. Reply ivvakapothe 52 ki istha annadu. 38 ki ayithe matladu anna.

Per sq.ft rates padatlevu enti mari. Nri gallu aagandi ra konni days. Meeru cheyadam valla akkada market nashamam ayitundi. 
My homes vadi amenities fee 11L and car parking fee 4L and GST. Per sq.ft 7400. 2bhk ki 1.2cr endi ra asalu. Dabbu ela vastundi. US kante goppaga unnaya india lo opportunities. What are those rates for apartments. 
 

people should stop buying for sometime specially NRIs
